Eric Kaplan has an extensive work experience history in the real estate and finance industry. Eric began their career at J.P. Morgan as an Associate from 1985 to 1989. Eric then joined JMB Realty Corporation as a Vice President from 1991 to 1997. Following that, they worked at Morgan Stanley & Morgan Stanley Real Estate Fund as an Executive Director from 1997 to 2002. Eric then became a Partner at Industrial Realty Group, LLC from 2002 to 2011. Currently, they hold the position of President at Griffin Capital Company, LLC from 2012 to the present.
Eric Kaplan completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Financial Management at Clemson University from 1981 to 1985. Eric further pursued higher education at the UCLA Anderson School of Management, where they obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in the year 1991.
