James P. has over 30 years of work experience in various roles related to health and safety. James started their career in 1991 as an HM Inspector of Health and Safety at the Health and Safety Executive. In 2000, they joined Arup as a Senior Consultant until 2002. In 2002, they became the Grosvenor Health and Safety Director. From 2010 to 2013, they served as a Non Exec Trustee at Lantra. In 2014, they joined Farms for City Children as a Non Executive Board Member until 2017. James P. has extensive knowledge and expertise in health and safety management.
James P. has a diverse education history, demonstrating a commitment to continuous learning and development. In 1985-1988, they attended Merristwood Agricultural College and obtained an OND degree in Countryside Management. Continuing their education, they pursued a HND degree in Agriculture and Technology from Seale Hayne Agricultural College during 1988-1990.
In 1992-1993, James earned a Post Graduate Diploma in Occupational Safety and Health Technology/Technician from Aston University. Afterwards, they pursued an MBA degree in Business Administration (Distance Learning) from the University of Warwick - Warwick Business School, during 1993-1998.
In 2013, James attended CAPP and completed the Realise 2 Accredited Coach Course, further expanding their skill set. Additionally, in July 2016, they obtained the MHFA Standard certification from the Mental Health First Aid England (MHFA) Community Interest Company.
