Samta Kamboj

Samta Kamboj is an experienced Applied Scientist at G42, specializing in natural language processing and large language models since August 2021. Previously, Samta served as a Machine Learning Engineer at Omdena, working on developing laser weeding machinery for agriculture, and held similar roles at UniQreate and a start-up, focusing on healthcare applications and end-to-end projects. Earlier experience includes positions at Fellowship.AI, where Samta contributed to machine learning initiatives, and Belong.co, where an AI-based resume parser was developed. Research work at the Indian Institute of Information Technology involved detecting adversarial attacks on deep learning networks. Samta began a professional career as a Programmer Analyst at Cognizant, gaining foundational skills in database design and Java development. Samta holds a Master of Technology degree in Information Technology with a specialization in Robotics from the Indian Institute of Information Technology Allahabad.
