Virgile Arditti

Virgile Arditti is an experienced production manager with a strong background in operational excellence and continuous improvement. Since September 2019, Virgile has been serving as the Responsable de Production at SYNERLAB GROUP, overseeing six production teams and ensuring performance objectives are met in alignment with SQCDP KPIs. Previous roles include Superviseur de production at SYNERLAB GROUP, Ingénieur excellence opérationnelle at Plastic Omnium, and Engineer roles at The HEINEKEN Company, Siemens, and Visa WHV. Virgile holds a Master's degree in Management and Business Administration from IAE Lille and an engineering degree in Industrial Production from INSA Strasbourg, complemented by specialized training in Production Management from École de technologie supérieure.
