Ravika Sookraj

Ravika Sookraj currently serves as the Executive Director of Digital Transformation at Growth Ten, where responsibilities include leading strategic digital initiatives to enhance private higher education delivery in Africa. Previously, Ravika held positions as Managing Director for both the Distance Education & MBA division at Richfield and Distance Education at AAA School of Advertising, focusing on business strategy development and execution. Earlier experience includes serving as Chief Operations Officer at The Astral Group, collaborating with leadership on organizational strategy, and as Finance Manager at CHEP South Africa, managing financial reporting and compliance. Ravika holds an MBA in International Business from Regent Business School and an Honours B.Comm in Accounting and Business Management from the University of South Africa.
