Jim Berry

Jim Berry is currently an advisor at GrowthEnabler. Jim has also previously worked at University College London, UNC Kenan-Flagler Business School, and Collaborative Labs - SPC.

Jim Berry has a long history of working in organizations and helping them to be more productive and creative. Jim has a PhD in Organizational Behavior from UNC Kenan-Flagler Business School, and their research focuses on creativity and how organizations can maximize the creativity potential of their employees. Jim is also a certified professional facilitator, and has used their facilitation skills to help groups solve various issues such as strategic planning, new product development, organization/brand identity development, new project launch, and organizational interventions.

Jim Berry has a PhD in Organizational Behavior from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, an MA Ed in Educational Leadership from the University of Florida, and a BA in Philosophy from William & Mary.
