Srishti Dhir

Srishti Dhir is the current Chief Financial Officer at growX ventures. Srishti has also previously worked at Hub and Oak and Alchemist Asset Reconstruction Company.

Srishti has over 10 years of experience in the financial industry. Srishti started their career as a President at Alchemist Asset Reconstruction Company in June 2012. During their time there, they successfully restructured and turned around assets in various sectors, including hospitality, manufacturing and infrastructure. Srishti also increased the profitability of the company by more than 20 times from 2013-14 to 2018-19 by increasing fee based income. In addition, they substantially increased the AUM of the company to more than Rs 20 bn in 2018-19 with Gross NPA Portfolio more than Rs 65 bn.

In terms of fundraising, Srishti has raised Rs 500 mn from Equity Investors in rounds of fund raising. Srishti has also raised Rs 250 mn from Qualified Institutional Investors for acquisition of an FA in the hospitality sector and Rs 300 mn from Investors for acquisition of an FA in the infrastructure sector. Additionally, they obtained a working capital facility of Rs 250 mn from a Public Sector Bank.

Srishti has also been responsible for recovering more than Rs 1000 mn in FY 17-18 and in FY 18-19 respectively from distressed debt portfolio. In addition, they have streamlined the functions of the resolution team and outsourced non-core functions to lawyers, consultants, brokers and resolution agents.

Srishti Dhir completed a Masters in Management from the London Business School and a BA LLB in Law and Business Studies from the University of Warwick.

Their manager is Manu Rikhye, Partner. They work with Manan Anand - Investment Analyst, Ashita Gupta - Investment Associate, and Sheetal Ranganathan - Venture Partner.
