Mathieu Cacciali

Mathieu Cacciali's work experience includes serving as the Deputy Legal Director at GRTgaz, a leading European gas transportation company, since October 2018. Mathieu is also a Member of the Council of Energy at the Ministry of Ecological Transition since January 2019. Additionally, they have worked as a Lecturer at the University of Paris Dauphine and the University of Paris 1 Panthéon-Sorbonne, teaching courses on energy law and market regulation. Prior to that, they held various roles at the Commission de régulation de l’énergie, including Deputy Director of the Legal Department, Department Head, and Department Head at the Conseil supérieur de l'audiovisuel. Mathieu also worked at CASSEL Avocats, specializing in public business law.

Mathieu Cacciali earned a DESS Contentieux public degree from the University of Paris I: Panthéon-Sorbonne in 2004. Prior to that, they completed a DEA Droit public degree at Université Pierre Mendès France in 2003.
