Rikke Kirketerp

Rikke Kirketerp has extensive experience in human resources and organizational development, currently serving as the Global Head of Talent Management and Organisational Development at GRUNDFOS since January 2018. Prior roles at GRUNDFOS include leadership positions focused on engagement, well-being, and change management, as well as global talent and leadership development. Rikke's previous experience encompasses senior management roles at Novo Nordisk, overseeing component production, quality control, and HR business operations, in addition to serving as an HR Business Partner at Jyske Bank, ManpowerGroup, Flextronics, and Markman. Rikke holds a Master's degree in Organisation and Strategy from Aalborg University and additional qualifications in HR and organizational therapy.
