Susanne Devantier Jensen

Susanne Devantier Jensen is a seasoned professional in technical communication and project management with extensive experience in various industries. Currently serving as a Senior Technical Communicator in the CBS division at GRUNDFOS since February 2017, Susanne creates data booklets and user instructions for commercial products, translating materials into 30 languages. Previous roles at GRUNDFOS include Lead Technical Communicator and Senior Technical Communicator for the Industry division, where Susanne developed DITA-architecture and mentored teams on technical documentation. Prior experience includes project management and communications roles at Sangens Hus and Den Jyske Sangskole, where Susanne led educational initiatives supported by regional authorities. Susanne’s career began at Ericsson, where responsibilities included product marketing and communications. Susanne holds a Diploma in Journalism from Danmarks Medie- og Journalisthøjskole and degrees in Export Engineering from Ingeniørhøjskolen i Horsens and VIA University College, along with a strong foundational education in languages from Struer Gymnasium.
