Stephen Smith

Stephen Smith has extensive experience in mechanical estimating, holding various positions in prominent construction companies. Notable roles include Senior MEP Estimator at Grunley Construction Company, Inc. since March 2025, and Chief Estimator at Anchor Mechanical LLC from March 2021 to July 2024. Previously, Stephen served as a Chief Mechanical Estimator at DWD Mechanical, Inc. and worked as an MEP Estimator with Bancroft Construction Company and Forrester Construction. Stephen started career training with a plumbing apprenticeship in Delaware and holds an Associate's degree in Business/Commerce from Delaware Technical and Community College. Additionally, Stephen has been an instructor with the Association of Air Conditioning Professionals since September 2013, contributing to education in the field.
