Débora Christo Lima

Débora Christo Lima is a seasoned Product Designer with extensive experience in UX/UI design and a strong focus on enhancing user experiences. Currently serving as a Specialist Product Designer at Grupo Boticário since December 2022, Débora has held various roles, including Senior Product Designer at PretUX, where participation aims to increase the inclusion of Black individuals in the UX field. Additional experience includes working as an UX Designer at SEMPRE DESIGN, where responsibilities encompassed process mapping and service blueprints using Design Thinking, and leading the development of the first Design System at Vale while at Intelliway. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in Biology from Universidade Federal do Espírito Santo and a degree in Information Technology from Estácio, complemented by UX training at UX Unicórnio.
