Cristina Kiskeri

Cristina Kiskeri is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in talent management, culture development, and human resources. Currently serving as the Talent, Culture & Rewards Director at Ferrer since January 2019, Kiskeri has also held key positions such as Head of Talent & Culture and Corporate HR Business Partner within the same company. Prior to Ferrer, Kiskeri worked at Danone from January 2012 to January 2019, where roles included Talent Management & HR Business Partner and Internal Communication - People & Culture Junior. Additional experience includes a position in 3D Printing Communication at HP and an Internal Communication Trainee role at Danone Dairy. Kiskeri's educational background includes a Programa de Desarrollo Directivo en Liderazgo y Marketing from Esade, a degree in Labour Relations from GsB College Barcelona, an International MBA from ESERP Business & Law School, and a Journalism degree from Universitat Autònoma de Barcelona.
