Natalia Barbosa Beraldo

Natalia Barbosa Beraldo serves as the Gerente de Inovação at Grupo Fleury since October 2021, following a comprehensive career in innovation roles at Hospital Israelita Albert Einstein from July 2014 to September 2021, where positions included Coordenadora de Inovação Eretz.bio, Analista Sr Inovação, and various other analyst roles focusing on innovation and intellectual property. Earlier experience includes an internship in Intellectual Property at Natura from January 2013 to June 2014. Natalia holds a Bachelor’s degree in Pharmaceutical Sciences from USP - Universidade de São Paulo (2009-2013) and has pursued several executive education programs, including finance, project management in healthcare, mergers and acquisitions, and strategic negotiation at institutions such as Insper and the Instituto Israelita de Ensino e Pesquisa Albert Einstein. Additionally, training in intellectual property was completed at the World Intellectual Property Organization.
