Michel Franchetto

Michel Franchetto is the VP of Business Development at GSR. Michel has over 10 years of experience in business development and consulting.

Previously, Michel was a Senior Trading and Business Development at UBS Investment Bank from June 2012 to May 2019. In this role, they were responsible for developing solutions for the Sales and Trading department, in order to develop and improve trading and business development activities. Michel also ran analyses for the FX, derivatives, precious metals and digital assets businesses, and managed and expanded relationships with institutional customers.

Before UBS, Michel was a Business Development Consultant at the Swiss Chamber of Commerce from January 2012 to June 2012. In this role, they were contracted by the Swiss Chamber of Commerce to analyze the launch of a new business initiative in order to expand, support and strengthen its core activity.

Michel has also worked as a Business Development Consultant at Liberty Consulting from January 2011 to December 2011, and as a Product Development support at Betfair from June 2008 to November 2008.
