Virginia Hanchar

Virginia has the enviable and awesome task of leading GTB’s global talent network that spans six continents and over 50 offices worldwide. She brings with her a unique combination of human resources expertise, optimistic spirit, and a record of success as a strategic business partner. Her experience spans operations in the US, Canada, Latin America, Europe, the Middle East, and Asia Pacific. Prior to GTB, Virginia served as Global Chief Talent Officer at Performance Media Group, a division of GroupM, where she advanced business transformation by developing agile leaders and cultivating a high-performing culture. Before that, Virginia was the EVP, HR & Talent, Americas and Head of Global Learning & Development for MediaCom. And she previously served as Executive VP and Director of HR for Aegis Media Americas and was also the Managing Partner and Director of HR for Young & Rubicam. Always a people-person at heart, Virginia also loves piano, gardening, and all things family. She even fancies climbing Everest one fine day.
