Chief Creative Officer at Guaranteed Rate

As Chief Creative Officer, Charley Wickman oversees all things creative at Guaranteed Rate from brand campaigns to social content to LO marketing collateral to internal communications. Charley came to Guaranteed Rate with a decorated 25-year history as an award-winning Executive Creative Director for Leo Burnett, where he led numerous iconic brands like Firestone, Hallmark, Marshalls and Allstate, including the Mayhem campaign. During his tenure, Charley won myriad Cannes Lions, One Shows, London Internationals and Clios.

At Guaranteed Rate, Charley created and manages their in-house creative agency, ‘The Point,’ a team of talented copywriters, art directors, designers, videographers, editors, and video animators who exist to realize the Guaranteed Rate brand into the world clearly and remarkably.

As a proven creative leader with the track record to back it up, Charley is a firm believer that every problem in the world can be solved with the holy trinity of creativity, passion and hard work. But always executed through a team. “Marketing isn’t golf. It’s football. Sure, you can play football alone, but it sucks.”

Charley is married to Jenny, a Hospice Nurse, and they have three beautiful and generous children and reside in Barrington.
