Tom Shelar is an accomplished National Renovation Sales Leader at Guaranteed Rate since July 2017, bringing over 20 years of construction experience prior to entering the mortgage industry in 2001. With a strong focus on driving growth within the Renovation Platform, Tom provides training and support while demonstrating enthusiasm for the role. Previously, Tom served as Regional Renovation Manager at HomeBridge Financial Services, Inc. from February 2017 to June 2017, where responsibilities included overseeing Renovation Certification Training for Loan Officers and offering ongoing coaching.
