Josephine Akhilele

Josephine Akhilele, ACIB, is an accomplished banking professional with extensive experience in transaction services and operations management. Currently serving as the Group Head of the Transaction Services Division at Guaranty Trust, Josephine has held various leadership roles within the organization since July 2021, including positions overseeing multiple divisions in Lagos. Previous experience includes serving as Group Head of Transaction Services in Lagos Central and Operations Head at Guaranty Bank from 2008 to 2013. Josephine's career began as a Branch Operations Manager at FSB INTL BANK PLC. Academic credentials include an ongoing Master of Business Administration in Sustainability at Nexford University, a completed MBA from Lagos State University, and a Bachelor's degree in Biochemistry from Bayero University, Kano. Additionally, Josephine completed a program at Harvard Business School Online in 2020.
