Raymond J. Wiacek

Mr. Wiacek directly supports key investment activities, including new investment evaluation, financial modeling analysis, and process execution for platform and add-on investments. Ray joined Guardian in 2019 and also provides ongoing assistance and support for Guardian’s portfolio companies.

Prior to Guardian, Ray was an Investment Banking Analyst at Rabobank and J.P. Morgan, where he was involved in all aspects of M&A and debt and equity financings for various public and private companies operating in the consumer and retail verticals.

Ray earned his BS in finance from Bentley University.
