Spring Deal

Spring Deal, RDH, is an experienced professional in dental hygiene talent acquisition, currently serving as Talent Acquisition at Guardian Dentistry Partners since March 2023. Prior to this role, Spring worked as a Hygiene Recruiter at Smile Brands Inc. from February 2022 to March 2023, covering multiple regions including Florida, Arkansas, Tennessee, Ohio, and the Mid Atlantic. Spring has also held the position of Hygiene Talent Acquisition Manager at Aspen Dental Management, Inc. from February 2020 to February 2022 and served as both Territory Manager Hygiene Support and Dental Hygienist at Aspen Dental from January 2011 to February 2020. Spring holds a degree in Dental Hygiene from the University of Pittsburgh, completed between 1996 and 1998.
