Scott Ensminger

Scott Ensminger is an experienced engineering and project management professional with a background in mechanical engineering. Ensminger served as a Capital Project Manager and Capital Project Area Lead at Guardian Industries from April 2014 to December 2018. Prior to that, Ensminger co-founded Ahava Bistro + Café, achieving profitability within six months and maintaining a 20-30% profit margin in the subsequent year through innovation and optimization. Ensminger also worked as a Project Engineer and Installation Lead at Stewart Engineers, managing the installation of over $50 million in capital equipment projects in China. Additional roles include Product Engineer at ASCO Numatics and Research Assistant at William Beaumont Hospital. Ensminger holds a Bachelor of Science and a Master of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Michigan and Wayne State University, respectively.
