Michael Condon

Michael Condon is a seasoned compensation professional with extensive experience managing executive compensation processes. Currently serving as a Senior Executive Compensation Partner at Guardian Life since March 2021, Michael oversees processes for executive and investment employees, collaborates with Finance for budget forecasts, and prepares materials for governance committees. Prior roles include Executive Compensation Partner at Guardian Life, where Michael provided analyses for compensation adjustments and developed training materials, and various positions at CommScope, including HRIS SAP SuccessFactors Administrator and Compensation Data Analyst. Michael's foundational experience includes a Graduate HR Internship at The Hershey Company. Michael holds a Master’s Degree in Industrial and Labor Relations from Cornell University, and Bachelor’s Degrees in Psychology from the University of Connecticut and Central Connecticut State University.
