Christopher Maguire

Christopher Maguire currently serves as a Senior Associate in Learning and Development at Guggenheim Partners, where involvement commenced in May 2023 following a role as an Associate in the same department. Prior to this, Christopher worked at Financial Technology Partners from January 2022 to March 2023 in Talent Development and at Nomura from January 2020 to December 2021 as a Learning and Development Coordinator, contributing to the design and implementation of training programs and overall learning strategies. Previously, Christopher held the position of HR Talent Intern at Nomura and gained experience in leadership development training and personality assessments during an internship at VNA Health Group. Christopher holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Rutgers University.
