David Kosc

David Kosc is a seasoned finance professional with significant experience in compliance and regulatory roles within the financial services industry. Currently serving as a Director at Guggenheim Partners since January 2016, David previously held the position of Vice President there. Prior to Guggenheim, David worked at Calvert Investments as a Funds Compliance Manager from 2008 to 2015, where assistance was provided to the Chief Compliance Officer in managing compliance programs mandated by the SEC. David’s earlier experience includes a managerial role at the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA) from 2004 to 2008, overseeing investigations into trading violations in the municipal bond market. Earlier positions at FINRA and NASD involved regulatory analysis and the implementation of supervisory procedures. David earned a Bachelor of Science in Finance from the University of Maryland between 1998 and 2000.
