Hector Aguilar

Hector Aguilar is an experienced professional in outcomes, strategic initiatives, and career development, currently serving as the Assistant Director for Outcomes & Strategic Initiatives at Gustavus Adolphus College since July 2023. Prior to this role, Hector worked at St. Olaf College as the Assistant Director for Career Development & Coaching, focusing on students interested in business sectors. At Indiana University Kokomo, Hector held the position of Assistant Director of Facilities Management, overseeing operational aspects, employee management, and community engagement initiatives, while also participating in leadership programs and serving on various committees. Hector’s career includes entrepreneurship as a Business Owner in the cleaning industry and a managerial role at Middlesex Habitat for Humanity, emphasizing community relations and volunteer management. Hector holds a Master’s degree in Public Management from Indiana University Kokomo and a Bachelor's degree in African-American/Black Studies from DePauw University.
