Lo Toney

Lo Toney is the Founding Managing Partner of Plexo Capital, an investment firm that focuses on seed-stage venture capital led by diverse teams and directly invests in companies from those portfolios. Toney serves as an Advisor and Partner at GV, focusing on marketplaces, mobile consumer, digital media, gaming, eSports, and mobile enterprise. Additionally, Toney mentors new entrepreneurs at MuckerLab and previously held the position of Partner at Comcast Ventures' Catalyst Fund, investing in companies led by entrepreneurs of color. Toney has a history in executive roles, including CEO of LearnStreet and Studio General Manager at Zynga, along with experience on various advisory boards. Toney holds an MBA from the University of California, Berkeley, and a BS in Business from Hampton University, and is a graduate of Stanford Law School's Directors College.
