Carlo Gemme

Carlo Gemme is an accomplished R&D Regional Manager at G&W Electric Co. since July 2021, overseeing multiple engineering teams in Italy focused on new product development and design to order projects. Prior to this role, Carlo spent over 24 years at ABB, where positions included Global Product Line Manager for EPMV Retrofit, R&D Technology Manager, R&D Electronic Design Department Manager, and R&D Power Technologies Department Manager. Carlo's responsibilities included global sales strategies, technical support, project management, and coordinating development efforts for medium voltage applications. Carlo achieved a Ph.D. in Electro technical Engineering from the University of Genoa, complementing a Master of Science in the same field.
