Kelsey Emms

Kelsey Emms currently serves as the Chief Investment Officer at Again since February 2025 and has held the position of VP Legal Affairs at H2 Green Steel since January 2022, also serving as VP Legal Affairs - Project Finance. Previously, Kelsey was Senior Legal Counsel at Tethys Oil from August 2018 to January 2022 and a Senior Associate at Latham & Watkins from February 2014 to June 2018, where expertise in large-scale LNG and petrochemical project financings was developed. A secondment as Counsel to Anadarko Petroleum Corporation involved work with the Mozambique LNG project, focusing on term sheet negotiations and LNG marketing strategies. Kelsey began in project finance as an Associate at Vinson & Elkins and as a Trainee Solicitor at Dewey & LeBoeuf LLP. Educational qualifications include a GDL and LPC from BPP Law School and a Bachelor of Social Science (Hons) in Politics and International Relations from The University of Manchester.
