Rachel Axtman

Rachel Axtman currently serves as the Program Evaluation and Data Manager at Habitat for Humanity Portland Region, a position held since August 2023. Prior experience includes roles as Impact Program Manager at Saalt from May 2021 to July 2023, and Senior Project Manager and Project Manager at Jannus Economic Opportunity between November 2017 and May 2021. Rachel also worked as an Employment Specialist at Jannus Agency For New Americans from November 2016 to November 2017, and as a Legislative Aide for the State of Oregon in 2016. Early career positions include Program Coordinator - January Term and Peer Advisor/Political Science Research Assistant at Linfield College, alongside a Community Outreach Internship at Portland State University. Rachel holds a Bachelor of Arts in International Relations and Affairs from Linfield University and is pursuing a Professional Certificate in Nonprofit Program Evaluation from Portland State University, expected to complete in June 2024.
