Matt Stepp is a seasoned art director and graphic designer with extensive experience in creative leadership and brand management. Currently serving as Art Director at Habitat for Humanity International since April 2025, Matt previously held the role of Art Director at Boys & Girls Clubs of America from January 2019 to April 2025, where significant contributions included directing national events and mentoring design teams. As the Dictator of Design at Lush Artist LLC since August 2015, Matt specializes in various areas including branding, marketing, and digital design. Professional experience includes tenure at Robert Half, GigaMonster, Blue Earth Network, Children’s Healthcare of Atlanta, Integrated Media Publishing, and Indexx, Inc. Matt holds a BFA in Visual Arts from Clemson University, attained in 2006.
