Lene Lindberg Marcussen

Lene Lindberg Marcussen currently serves as Afdelingsleder Plan at Haderslev Kommune since January 2022. Prior to this role, Lene held various positions at Kolding Kommune from September 2008 to December 2021, including Teamleder for team strategisk planlægning in the Planafdelingen and Projektleder for multiple urban development initiatives, including Kolding's harbor areas and a shared development plan for four villages. Earlier experience includes a position as Studentermedhjælp at Sven Allan Jensen as, where responsibilities involved planning document preparation and competition participation. Lene holds a Civilingeniør degree in Architecture and Design with a master's in Urban Design from Aalborg University, a Master's in City Planning from the University of Manitoba, and is pursuing a Diplom i ledelse in leadership at UC SYD, complementing prior education in Project Management at Ledelsesakademiet Lillebælt & COK.
