Filip Thon

Filip Thon is the Chief Executive Officer of E.ON Deutschland, where they lead a team of approximately 6,000 colleagues in advancing the energy transition through innovative technologies and customer-focused solutions. Prior to this role, they served as CEO at RWE Polska and innogy Polska SA, and held executive positions at RWE Transgas and innogy SE. Earlier in their career, Thon was a Senior Manager at Accenture and has recently taken a position on the Supervisory Board of Hager Group. They are currently pursuing a degree at the Institute of Chemical Technology Prague.
