Nicola Perrozzi

Nicola Perrozzi serves as the Global Head of Professional Services, HR & External Workforce at Haleon since October 2025. Prior to this role, Nicola was with The LEGO Group from February 2016 to October 2025, where leadership of the Professional Services Procurement team was a key responsibility, alongside interim leadership of the global Distribution and Logistics Procurement team. Previously, Nicola worked at Barclays from July 2010 to January 2016, holding various positions including Head of HR Resourcing and Operations Sourcing and Sourcing Business Partner for Marketing & Management Consultancy. Earlier experience includes a managerial role at PricewaterhouseCoopers focused on procurement transformation, a procurement manager position at BT, and a progression from Junior Buyer to Purchasing Manager at DENSO. Academically, Nicola holds an MBA in Strategy and Procurement Management from the University of Birmingham and a Laurea in Civil Engineering from Università degli Studi dell'Aquila.
