Bill Naughton

Bill Naughton is the founder and CEO of Saoi Technology. He saw a need for hands-on personalized service in the investment community. Saoi Technology’s goal is to be a true partner to the client through the entire life cycle of the deal. Bill’s background of leading many successful global deals across industries from corporate spin offs, going public, public to private, synergy engagements, and M&A transaction is a valuable knowledge pool for his clients. He puts the right people in the right place to ensure successful outcomes.

Bill has held roles as COO, CIO, and CTO at some of the largest SAAS companies in the world. He has cross industry experience in technology companies, digital marketing, health care technology, auto retail, manufacturing and logistics, and retail. Bill is a native of Chicago, Illinois and has extensive global experience. He started one of the most successful captive development centers in India. He is a graduate from St. Mary’s University and earned his MBA from Pepperdine University. He completed the Technology and Supply Chain certificate program at Stanford University. He held CIO and CTO positions at ADP, RR Donnelley, and most recently, CDK Global, where he led the successful spin off from ADP into NASDAQ publicly traded firm that unlocked billions in shareholder value.
