Elizabeth developed a human resources team with a structure capable of leading within the business and sat as key leader of the business team providing consultation to senior leaders as well as boards for joint ventures and subsidiaries.

At Boeing, Elizabeth spent six years as Senior Director of Human Resources overseeing and managing all human capital aspects of engineering, operations, and supply chain for the global defense business world wide. Elizabeth drove improvements in strategies, talent, organization and practices aligned to business needs from the key business functions. Elizabeth also directed and provided strategic management for core human resources including talent development, training and learning, data analytics, leadership, recruiting, diversity, compensation, benefits and employee and labor relations. During their time at Boeing, Elizabeth also served as Head Human Resources for Global Defense Engineering, Operations and Supply Chain (2014-2015), Head Human Resources for Network and Space Systems Global Business (2011-2014), and Head Human Resources for Mergers, Acquisitions, Integration and International Rewards (2009-2011).

Elizabeth Huldin has a B.A. in Political Science & Public Policy from the University of Michigan. Elizabeth also has a J.D. cum laude from Wayne State University Law School. Finally, they have an Executive MBA from Northwestern University - Kellogg School of Management.
