Technical Advisor at The Halo App

Terrance Veals is a Technical Advisor at The Halo App. Prior to that, they worked as a Technical Sales Engineer and Client Technical Specialist at IBM from December 2016 to November 2020. In their role at IBM, they were responsible for collaborating with sales teams to define, design, and detail the technical aspects and feasibility of proposed solutions. Terrance also delivered solution workshops, product demonstrations, technical education, and Proof of Concepts. Additionally, they supported technical escalations, designed solutions, and answered technical questions throughout the sales process in order to progress/close sales and develop customer relationships.

Terrance has a deep understanding of Digital Transformation using Digital Business Automation Technologies (ex: BPM, ODM, ECM, etc) and has a strong understanding of Containers and Kubernetes. Terrance is also well-versed in the industry, with a keen understanding of industry trends and business processes.

Terrance Veals has a Bachelor of Applied Science in Information Systems from Ball State University, where they were on the Dean's List. Terrance also has a GSS Certificate in Selling Skills and Sales Operations from IBM Global Sales School. In addition, they have a certification from Google in Google Cloud Digital Leader, and they also have certifications from Google in Google Workspace Mail Management, Google Workspace Security, and Introduction to Google Workspace Administration. Furthermore, they have a certification from Google Cloud Skills Boost in Innovating with Data and Google Cloud, and they also have a certification from Google Cloud Skills Boost in Introduction to Digital Transformation with Google Cloud. Finally, they have a certification from Google in Managing Google Workspace, as well as a certification from Google Cloud Skills Boost in Planning for your Google Workspace Deployment.
