Abdel Rahman Noufal, MBA, Chartered FCIPD, GPHR, SPHR, FCPHR, serves as the Assistant Executive Director of HR, Workforce Planning and Analytics at Hamad Medical Corporation since July 2013, where notable achievements include developing a transformative three-year HR strategy and leading the establishment of a workforce planning and analytics core team.
