Ross Goodwin

Ross is a partner in the Venture Debt Fund focused on origination, assessment, execution, and portfolio management.

Prior to Hambro Perks, Ross spent seven years in the Growth Finance team at Clydesdale Bank (latterly Virgin Money), focused on lending to high growth, UK scale-up companies. He originally joined the team as an Associate Director, being promoted twice to Senior Director during his time with the team. Ross led numerous deals whilst in the team covering most industry sectors and helping the team achieve record lending volumes in each of the last few years.

Ross launched his own financial education start-up based in the UK and South Africa and is a member of the Chartered Institute of Bankers in Scotland.
