Tom Bradley

Tom Bradley is a Partner at Hambro Perks and a voting member of the Adviser’s Investment Committee. He has been investing in start-ups for twenty years and has worked with many successful businesses in software and internet markets. Tom joined Hambro Perks in June 2020.

Prior to joining Hambro Perks, Tom was CEO and Managing Partner of Oxford Capital where he led its venture capital activities. In his time there, Tom led the repositioning of Oxford Capital’s venture capital business and established it as one of the most active and best performing UK early stage investors before taking over as CEO of the firm.

Prior to joining Oxford Capital, Tom held Partner and leadership roles with DN Capital (where he helped to invest some of Europe’s highest performing venture capital funds) and Draper Esprit, where he was part of the founding team.

Tom has invested in and worked with a number of high-profile companies across Europe and the US including Moneybox, Curve, Push Doctor (where he also served as Chairman), HomeToGo, Partnerize, Mister Spex, Displaylink and Lovefilm. Tom has served on over thirty boards in a variety of jurisdictions.

Tom is a graduate of Oxford University with an MA in Modern History from Brasenose College.
