Jake Kelley

Jake Kelley is a contemporary artist currently seeking gallery representation since August 2013. Simultaneously, Jake has been engaged as an artist/teacher at Hamilton County Department of Education and a DP Visual Arts teacher at Signal Mountain Middle/High School since August 2010, focusing on art education and portfolio development. As a mentor artist with Mark Making since June 2010, Jake has facilitated large-scale mural projects with underserved groups. Previous experience includes serving as an art instructor at The AIM Center, where Jake directed an art therapy program, and working as a landscaper at Fiddleheads from January 2004 to August 2008. Jake Kelley holds a BFA in painting and drawing and a Master's in education, fine arts and education from The University of Tennessee at Chattanooga. Additionally, participation in a Fine Arts Workshop in Atlanta occurred in 2012.
