Niels R. Mende

Niels R. Mende currently serves as the Head of Global Technical Support and Services at Hamilton Medical since October 2021, overseeing the strategy and operations of Technical Support and Service teams. Previously, Niels held the position of Director Service at Cantel (Germany) GmbH from 2020 to 2021, managing operations for a business unit with over 50 associates while being P&L accountable. Niels also worked as a Senior Consultant in Global Service Management from 2016 to 2021, supporting clients in the Healthcare and Automotive industries to enhance business performance. At BD from 2017 to 2020, Niels managed a technical support organization for life-science instruments across 16 countries. Earlier experience includes leading Global Product Service at d&b audiotechnik and managing the Service Integration Center at T-Systems, where Niels implemented process improvements and performance metrics.
