Mark Allen

Mark Allen is an experienced professional in technology-enabled care and public service, currently serving as a Non-Executive Director at TSA Voice CIC since July 2023. Mark has held various roles at Hampshire County Council, including Head of Service for Digital TEC and DMP, and Head of Commissioning since April 2017, following a tenure as Commissioning Manager within Adult Services from August 2008 to April 2017. Mark holds a BA(Hons) in Cultural Studies from the University of Portsmouth, earned between 1983 and 1985.
