Charles Bailey

Charles Bailey is a seasoned operations professional with extensive experience in the culinary and restaurant industries. Since August 2011, Charles has held multiple leadership roles at Hana Group, including Vice President of Operations and Vice President of Franchise Operations, following a progression from Senior Director of Operations to Team Lead. Prior to Hana Group, Charles served as Head Chef at Bambu Sushi and Head Sushi Chef at Sushi Jo. Charles earned an Associate's degree in Culinary Arts from Florida Culinary Institute between 2004 and 2006 and has further educational background from North Carolina State University.
