Jessica Chen

Jessica Chen is an AI Trainer and MOVE Fellow at Handshake since November 2025, and concurrently serves as AI Product Manager and Junior Partner at KFoundry and Agentic AI Researcher focused on the high-tech and tourism sector at Thunder. Previously, Jessica worked as a Department Operations Assistant at USC Ming Hsieh Institute, a Data Management Analyst at Manulife John Hancock Investments, and an Educator at lululemon. In addition, Jessica managed projects for the USC Chapter of AMA and conducted AI research at the HiNT Lab. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in Cognitive Science and Applied Analytics from the University of Southern California, with additional studies at University College London and Stanford Summer Session. Jessica's mentorship includes guidance from Nathanael Fast and Ravi Iyer.
