Laura Xie is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in business operations, strategy, and growth across renowned organizations. Currently serving as the Director and Head of BizOps and Growth at Handshake, Laura focuses on driving monetization and user growth within the job marketplace. Prior to this role, Laura held the position of Director and Head of Strategy for ByteDance's Global B2B/Cloud Venture Unit, where a zero to one portfolio and go-to-market strategy was developed for global regions. Laura's prior experience includes roles at Google, where strategic initiatives in Ads sales were spearheaded, and McKinsey & Company, where project leadership in retail banking studies was conducted.
