Patrick Nip

Patrick Nip is currently an Adjunct Professor at The University of Hong Kong and an Honorary Professor at The Chinese University of Hong Kong. With over 35 years of experience in public service, they have held various senior positions in the HKSAR Government, including Director of Social Welfare and Secretary for the Civil Service. Patrick also serves as an Independent Non-Executive Director at Hang Seng Bank (China) and Vice Chairman of World Vision China. Holding a Master of Public Administration from Harvard Kennedy School, they are passionate about public service, education, and supporting vulnerable populations.
