Satu Kokko

Satu Kokko is a Senior Associate at Hannes Snellman, having joined the firm in May 2019, where expertise is demonstrated in M&A transactions and capital markets assignments. Prior experience includes a Legal Counsel role on secondment at Metso in 2023, as well as associate trainee positions in M&A at Borenius and Hannes Snellman. Satu Kokko began a career in the legal field with a traineeship at UPM - The Biofore Company after serving as an Insurance Advisor at If Insurance and a Salesperson at K-Supermarket Koivuhaka. Satu Kokko holds a Master of Laws (LLM) degree from the University of Helsinki, completed in 2020.
