Pranita Shetty

In her role as Junior Project Manager, Pranita Shetty, provides administrative assistance to the construction team with a focus on 2338 Second Avenue in East Harlem and 500 Summit Avenue in Jersey City. Prior to joining HAP Investments, Ms. Shetty served as an Acquisitions Analyst at the New York City-based investment firm, North Point Capital Group, and practiced architecture for two years in Mumbai, Bangalore, and Tokyo assisting in several residential and institutional projects in the pre-development and construction stages. Ms. Shetty received her Bachelor of Architecture from the Kamla Raheja Vidyanidhi Institute for Architecture and Environmental Studies in Mumbai. She earned her Master of Science in Real Estate Development from Columbia University in New York City.
