Sana Mohammed

Sana Mohammed is a seasoned operations executive with extensive experience across multiple industries, currently serving as the Director of Operations and Chief of Staff at Happier since August 2022. Previously, Sana held the position of Manager for Global Professional Development and Performance at Bain & Company, where strategic improvements in performance development were achieved with a focus on diversity, equity, and inclusion. As Co-CEO at Precious International, Sana successfully led the wind-down process of the business while directing sales and marketing strategies, resulting in the sale of 97.5% of total inventory. With prior roles as a consultant and marketing advisor at Bain & Company and BP, respectively, as well as internships and organizing initiatives, Sana has demonstrated strong leadership, strategic planning, and operational excellence. Educational qualifications include an MBA from Harvard Business School and a BBA from the University of Houston.
